All wallcovering projects begin with an initial site visit to review wall conditions and do a detailed drawing of the room. This allows for recalculation of the material after the site visit if the material changes. If available, the wallcovering is reviewed. A detailed written proposal follows which outlines the wall preparation to be performed, wallcovering quantities needed, and labor cost to prepare walls and install wallcovering. Once contracted and work begins, the installation of the wallcovering will be performed by Elizabeth or Michael Kelly. You can always expect the following during your project:
All floors, furniture and carpets will be protected from start to finish.
All walls will be appropriately prepared to receive the wallcovering based on type that is chosen.
Wall liner may be recommended for English pulp papers, metallic, Mylar, silk, hand-painted murals, depending on the manufacturer’s recommendation and our experience working with the product.
The work will be done in a neat and professional manner by a skilled craftsman who is polite, friendly and respect your property as if it was his/her own.
All wallpapering debris will be removed from the premises upon completion.
Of course, when papering, there should be no paste on the wallcovering, woodwork, carpets, or floors.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
